Preventing gun violence: Promising public health approaches
Twenty-five years after the shootings at Columbine High School, the U.S. continues to experience outsized rates of gun violence compared to much of the world. But amid the heartbreak, there has been some progress. Overdose prevention: New strategies for harm reduction
Drug overdose deaths continue to climb in the U.S., taking more than 100,000 lives a year. In response, public health leaders are exploring harm reduction policies.
